A Show of Hands: De-Stress

People handle stress in different ways.  My main stress-reliever, working out, has been yanked away from me due to my knee injury.  I start physical therapy on Wednesday, and I can’t wait!  It’s not exactly a gym, but it will do.  The stress ball just isn’t cutting it.

A Little Crazy

I am currently laid up with a knee injury due to a bicycle accident that was totally my fault.  I am used to hitting the gym every day, so I’m going a little crazy.  At least I have plenty of time to paint…

A Show of Hands: I wanna hold your hand

My husband and I have been together for twenty years, and we still hold hands.  There’s just something comforting about feeling his big strong hand envelop my tiny fingers.  Holding his hand makes me feel safe, secure, and loved.
